Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Larroudé shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, pristine items within 21 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging, including the dust bag and shoe box, is included in your return shipment.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and dust bag, then pack them securely inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
